Drowning Cowboy Films produces films, music, and radio shows. Hi – I’m Don Brosnan and this is where I keep all of my various film, music, and podcast projects that I work on or create. I moved from Tucson Arizona to London England via Wichita Kansas to play music. Before that I was a Captain in the USAF – a Navigator in a KC-135 and Gulf War veteran. Crazy huh? Apart from the projects found within this website, I am the bass player with Art-Pop band The Real Tuesday Weld.

Drowning Cowboy Films produces films, music, and podcasts. DCF creates short films, shoots music videos, and has recently ventured into commercial film. Pima County Records is the musical arm – I mean ear – of DCF, releasing music from bands Super J Lounge, In Line Juggs, and Summerteeth. Speaking of ears… DCF twiddled the radio dials creating 26 episodes of criminally soundtracked podcast: The Crime Jazz Unit. The aim of DCF is to “show no tell”, create instead of talking about creating, taking a wrong turn down the right alley, on a ride along with other artists to uncover the overlooked.
